REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade in Los Angeles to order. However, if you would like a ring to be resized feel free to contact emily@ronapfeifferjewelry.com and we can work to accommodate you.

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your purchase. We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a resize exchange, the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. All Rona Pfeiffer pieces listed as “in stock” will ship in 5-7 business days. Custom and out of stock orders may take up to 2 weeks (including processing time) to ship. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality product and we strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner. If you have a question about the status of your order, please email emily@ronapfeifferjewelry.com and we will work to resolve it.
